Muy malo...fraude !!!!

Muy mal.viaje con mi hija por vacaciones, el departamento esta en zona de rriesgo.. lo que me ofrecieron no era, ofrecen un departamento que no conocen,dentro del edificio en el piso 12 esta entre los dos ascensores el ruido infernal todo el dia y la noche,me ofrecieron un sillon cama segun fotografia...no estaba..habia otro que topaban las maderas en mi espalda...mas el colmo las almohadas sucias....como es posible un mal servicio....quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero!!!

O Cliente tem razão

O serviço foi razoável. Tive problemas com o ar condicionado (não tinha como ligar) e, mesmo entrando em contato com a administradora do imóvel, não tive sucesso. Outro detalhe é o tratamento que é dispensado pelos funcionários do prédio. Existe um tratamento diferenciado entre aquele é morador e aquele que é locatário. Outro problema é o barulho. (O apartamento fica ao lado de uma avenida muito movimentada e também fica em frente a uma favela. No que diz respeito a localização ela é perfeita. Perto de tudo. (Metro, pontos turisticos, praia...). Enfim, é isso.

Sem luxo, mas com emoção.

Na sexta-feira, sábado e domingo o barulho das festas no Morro foi bem desagradável, durante a semana tudo bem. Pedimos acomodação para três e tive que dormir num sofazinho duro pra caramba. O banheiro é bom mas os toalheiros estavam caindo (até troquei algumas buchas). O lugar é bom apesar da favela é bem próximo a praia perto de tudo ônibus e metro, mercado restaurantes. Eu me hospedaria novamente.

Confortável porém com muito ruído

O apto é confortável para os padrões de Copacabana, mas faz muito barulho a noite devido as festas no morro que fica atrás do apto.
