FOR RENT in the heart of the historic center of Rio ELBA, two-room deluxe apartment with private terrace. Newly renovated and with brand new furniture, the apartment overlooks the rooftops of the village giving a special and relaxing view. The terrace is private and exposed to the southeast.
Inside large living room with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric stove; comfortable dining table, double sofa bed and TV corner. Comfortable double bedroom equipped with large wardrobe. Bathroom (windowed) shower with crystal box, toilet and washing machine sink.
All rooms individual air conditioning.
Terrace has breakfast table (2 places) ; pets are welcome if signaled in advance
The Center can be reached on foot in a few minutes by walking backwards along the alley that reaches the main square; you can park your car in the public parking lots 300 meters away subject to availability
The beach of Ortano is 3 km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes (ample parking on site); the beach is of mixed sand and it is possible to rent beach umbrellas
