Bi-fold doors from the kitchen/dining room lead out onto the wonderful, decked area, a perfect place to sit and relax in the summer months with your favourite holiday tipple. A real feature of the property is the stunning sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows with views as far as the eye can see. Holmeside Barn has four good sized bedrooms across both the first and ground floors with various layouts to suit the whole groups sleeping arrangements, and the ground floor bedrooms have access to the garden. In addition, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite.
To the rear of the property there is a large lawned garden, complete with hidden ditch, so the view is uninterrupted, leading to a large lower lawn complete with a childrenâs play area. Holmeside Barn is surrounded by wildlife and livestock, so we ask that only well behaved dogs are brought. The garden area is not enclosed!
Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is a perfect retreat for walkers, cyclists, and ramblers, with plenty of walks, cycle paths, bridleways, and established footpaths into picturesque countryside. Close to the picturesque market town of Masham, with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby you will find the cathedral city of Ripon with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, cafés and independent shops that can all be easily reached. The Barn is also well placed for visiting the fashionable spa town of Harrogate, Fountains Abbey, RHS Garden Harlow Carr and Studley Royal are just a short drive away.
