When we booked on your site there was no ware to say we had a dog so when we arrived they had no dog rooms available and had to have a dark room at the back which was not what we expected

What a pretty hotel ... I loved my room! It was situated at the side of the main hotel & had a very quaint feel to it. The room was beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom. Absolutely spotless. The bed was super cosy & comfy & I had the best nights sleep. Room temperature was perfect too. Just right & not too hot as some often can be The staff wete all vety friendly, efficient & helpful. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for such a lovely stay

Fantastic little hotel, bar and restaurant
Fantastic, friendly staff. From the check in, to dinner, to check out, nothing was too much trouble. Room cosy and warm and Masham was lovely, what we saw of it, due to the driving rain!
