Soon as I got there I knew I wasn't going to be happy with the attitude that was at the door and management when you got ready to check out with really rude so I'm not one to complain but it is what it is

Great prices for a quick stay or business trip where a hotel isn’t an option, staff is good and the location has a lot of attractions. The place isn’t a 5 star hotel but it is a place to stay and spend the night, smoking rooms are always a plus.

A lot of improvement is needed, from unprofessional Indian staffs who seem to ran all hotels in California to drug paraphernalia, used dirty injections laying on the driveway to rooms that need a lot of TLC

The room I got has no WIFI. The mgr. Accused that my 2 phones are defective. The room was lousy seems never been used before. When I want to check out the following day, they give me a better room. Personnel at Sands Motel are disrespectful of seniors. Will not refund my $100 deposit because i have so many trash. Those are empty boxes. SSS office close by but they pretend they do not know. The manger himself is rude has no professionalism. Upon checking in, he immediately charge the full amount plus 100 deposit without informing me. To me, this is a highway robbery.

Where do i start?? The light in the bathroom was hanging, blood on bathroom door, funk smell in the room. We were going to stay an extra night but they wanted 140 for a Fri night.

They did not have an elevator or downstairs room available, but because my Husband uses a Walker, they CANCELED our reservation right in front of me, because they said it’s too much of a risk FOR THEM… Rude as heck!!
