I never stay here again nothing but bad customer service nd hope they learn how to talk to people And towels and sheets were full of stains i didnt shower and i made the bed up slept wit my own covers in my car and it like zombie land in the parking lot wit alot of junkies

Plumbing fixtures in shower was broken, room was drity Wi-Fi was not working, noise coming from inside the walls no janitor hang clothes it was a total disaster I ended up leaving and did not even stay a night!!!

The place was disgusting, bathroom was dirty, there was a leak somewhere that sounded like they were tapping the wall, sheets were stained, staff was rude, overall a terrible experience, the place was unhabitable. The only reason I did not request a new room was because I had a very early meeting in the morning and I did not plan on lounging in the room very long. This place should be shut down. TERRIBLE

The property had no security gate, fence. Or wall to separate from the streets that is infested with homeless people coming and going and cops driving up and down every minute. This considered I paid for my room but wasn't told beforehand about a 100 dollar deposit which I could not provide at the moment. The clerk took one look at my tattoos and the first words spoken was rude and in disgust.
