I appreciated the last minute reservation and permission of my dog. It took 24 hours with the heater on full blast for the room to warm up enough for us to not need boots and coats on at all times. The water for the shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold. There was no inbetween, and no water pressure whatsoever unless it was freezing cold water.

This was my first stay at the Sundowner. I saw the rate and was skeptical, but thought I would try it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was somewhat dated, but extremely clean and quiet. This stay exceeded my expectations and I will stay there again.

I have stayed there often for business. It. Is an older but well maintained motel. It has all the basics and a little more. Cafe, lounge, fitness center. Staff is always nice, beds are comfortable. You get a lot for a reasonable price.

I was grateful for a hot bath and clean bed. Property is definitely dated. Security concerns with sliding doors to parking lot and in bad shape. Bathroom floor filthy and ants crawling around.
