Great staff, clean and large rooms!

We were met and greeted with smiles and warmth, the room was a lot bigger than we expected and very clean. The only downside was a really hard bed and pillows.

Nice place, Yet Employees are not doing very fine

Upon Check Inn the employee had no clue about Expedia reservation and couldn't check me inn until I called Expedia call center and was angry about the subject, specially it was 4 Colck in the morning. Also the hotel provided a wrong map location and hotel contact no. on expedia ( missed the place by 15 Kilo meters). unless I know Riyadh very will I would spend the whole night looking for the place. Once my reservation get clear things moved smoothly I get a very clean room with all facilities listed on the website.

Magnifico hotel, excelentes instalaciones, el personal es amable y cálido; el desayuno muy bien. La ubicación perfectamente conveniente y con todo lo que se pueda ocupar en las cercanías (supermercado, restaurante, compras) yo llevé auto y me quedaba cerca cada atracción.
