The bright, friendly furnished house is continuously renovated by the owner, is well equipped and offers plenty of space for one or more families.

The main attraction of the house, regardless of the weather, is the large pool area with an exceptional tube water slide for the children, leading down from the 1st floor. The view-protected swimming pool offers panoramic views of nature, as does the large sauna above the pool area. The absolute outdoor luxury is represented by the large outdoor whirlpool for 7 people on the undisturbed terrace, which can be used all year round.

The sleeping accommodations of the house are distributed among four beautiful bedrooms with large double beds, as well as another 4 sleeping places on the cozy sleeping/playing floors.

The open ceiling design makes the large kitchen feel bright and airy. The spacious living room also looks bright and inviting with its large window front. Wide and threshold-less doors make access in the house easy.
