Person checking in was great however I was told there would be a shuffle to the airport at 5 am thus I made my reservation however at check in I learned the shuttle won’t run until too late for making my flight!!! I spent extra to stay here and now have to pay to get a ride I was promised would be available. Not a happy camper!!!

Excellent customer service!!! I was given early check in and I was truly thankful; The rooms were very CLEAN and the staff was very accommodating. Their breakfast was worth mentioning (they had a waffle maker w/timer) ;-) NOTE: Hilton properties are worth the extra $$ due to the FIRST RATE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THEY GIVE.

A unique property with walking trails and a nice lake. Beautiful old buildings that look like you stepped back into the 1930s but with modern amenities.

The hotel staff was friendly. Very nice and clean hotel! Did not like that we were unable to close the curtains over the sheer curtains.Was very bright from the lights outside in the area.
