Undergoing renovations which was not disclosed beforehand. Our room was quiet but furnished and decorated reminiscent of a nun’s cell—cold and sterile. No carpet, only faux wood covering easily cleaned with a mop. We were very unimpressed. On the positive side, the shower was excellent.

The room wasn't clean. There was a used q tip in the floor and toothpaste on the sink, and it just wasn't up to the normal standards of any Holiday Inn I've stayed in. The clerk who checked me in was friendly and helpful, but that's about the only good thing I can say about the expereience.
