BREAKFAST, the only thing that was hot was if you made your own waffles. Eggs were not hot and were rubbery, meat was over cooked & hard. Most breads were dry and stale. OUR ROOM: We reserved our room on 9/17/2025 (3 months prior to our arrival for TWO WEEKS (12/19/2025 thru 1/2/2026). We requested a Studio, 2 Queen beds, ACCESSIBLE, Non smoking room. When we arrived, I was asked if "I really needed this handicap room," before the front desk would give me the room...Was told she wanted to make sure "I really required this kind of room before she could give it to me & that she didn't have a room for us!" I told her I have had four spinal surgeries, as well as a knee replacement surgery in the past year & that I need this type of room!. She quickly found a room for us. It had a small shower but at least it had hand rails. Also, the toliet was very, very low to floor, making it very difficult to sit on it, especially with my recent spine and knee issues. THEN, a week later, we were told we needed to MOVE to another room upstairs because they were in the middle of a renovation & they were getting ready to clear our floor! We had no choice but to move that day. I asked if our new room would have a higher toliet but was told they didn't have that room for us! So for 2 weeks, I suffered using that very low toilet. The new room had new carpet, etc., but the beds were very low to the ground and very hard (the beds in our first room were perfect). STAFF & Housekeeping were very nice.

Room conditions were good and staff was very good. Lots of pet noises and animals allowed in the dining area. Breakfast was basic and inadequate. Had very little taste and just not appealing at all. Quite a shame because I think I will look for other accomodations next time in spite of the good location and overall good comfort.

Clean the front desk was very pleasant. The only thing i would like to request is alil more breakfast options and a better way to cook the food. Other than that i thinks its a great place to stay thats why i keep coming back!!

The check-in and room were good. This morning I asked housekeeping for additional towels, they never came. At 11:05am there was a knock from housekeeping. We said we needed a few mins and we would be out, we were just finishing packing up. The next thing I know, I get a call and voicemail from the hotel stating that housekeeping told them we weren’t checking out and needed to call them. I went down to the front desk and let them know we were almost done packing and would be out momentarily. The front desk was surprised and said housekeeping told them we were not in the room, just our belongings. The front desk was apologetic; however this was a bit annoying that housekeeping would rely completely false statements.

The fact that they are doing construction on the 5th floor but fail to tell guests that who are staying on the 4th floor isnt right at all. We were woken up at 8am from construction work. It was so loud it sounded like they were coming through the floor. The walls are paper thin as is so it was not ideal as we like to sleep in while on vacation. We were moved twice, Lezonne was really helpful and accommodating, she was the ONLY good thing about that hotel. Her customer service skills are top notch! She tried her best to find us a room that wouldn't disturb us at 8am, which I appreciate a lot! Also there were spots in our room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Very dusty and dirty. I do have pictures. We will absolutely never stay here again. Bottom tier hotel for sure, quite unfortunate.
