I was disappointed that the pool and spa were closed.
Great value for the money, great value. They aren't always prepared. They run out of towels, plates, etc. You can get a suite with breakfast for $100 CAD/night so it was expected. We will go back. We stayed a week and would do so again.
The room itself was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was a mess. There was only 1 waffle maker that was constantly busy. The orange juice was watered down and they ran out of coffee.
Horrible. Room was not clean (paperclip and snack trash from previous guest was still on the floor so was obvious it hadn’t been vacuumed), bed was sloppily made, shampoo and body was bottles in the shower were empty. It’s a pet friendly hotel but one of the staff was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about my dog being in the lobby. This place is a joke.
