Lest start with the bathroom being so small you had to walk in the shower or straddle the toilet to open or close the door. Im a deep sleeper and every day something different woke us up. First day seemed like there was a frat party on our floor. Second day was woke up by loud banging on the wall and not the type you would thing would happen at a hotel at two in the morning but like someone was doing repairs. Then closer to 4am some male was in the parking lot screaming for 30 minutes or so. The third day was woken up by kids playing in the hall way before 7am. The worst was when i was packing to leave i found a used douche bottle on the shelf in the closet. Upon checking out the attendant was extremely nonchalant about what i told her. Im sure it went in one ear and out the other.

Bathroom tub dripped all night. In the morning the hallway smelled like someone was lighting up a joint. Unfortunately the pool was closed, not the hotels fault as it was posted on the Hyatt website, but on the hotels.com listing it was at the bottom and hidden. Got the room specially for pool and breakfast to keep kids entertained while visiting family. Hotels.com was 0 help when attempting to move the reservation.
