The location is great. The floors were FILTHY! The tub was stained and the hot water was literally a trickle. The water fixtures were separated away from the wall. We had to ask for more towels and wash cloths each night. There is a decent amount of shopping and restaurants within a 2 mile distance. It is very close to the road. Old hotel, but ok for the price.

The tub was slippery. No safety strips to avoid falls. Garbage was not taken out of room, even though the housekeeping staff came in the room to make the bed, they did not remove it during the four days we were there.
