Room Unaccessible

Even though we had a paid reservation for roll in shower accessible room upon check-in no accessible rooms were available. The hotel clerk had no reasonable explaination. No accessible rooms were available here, or at any other hotels. As a result, Steve was unable to bathe or use the toilet.

Dear Terry, Thank you for staying with us at the Residence Inn by Marriott Roanoke Airport. I am so sorry we were unable to fulfill your request for a roll-in shower. Unfortunately, our hotel only has one roll-in shower room and it was occupied. I certainly hope you accept our apology. We try our absolute best to fulfill all of our guests requests but unfortunately in this situation, we didn't have the room type available.
