Premier Location at Smith Mountain Lake. Beautifully renovated Bernard's Landing Resort condo w/stunning panoramic mountain/lake views, fully updated top floor unit. The Resort includes waterfront dining at Napoli by the Lake, a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot-tub, gym, sauna, steam-room, racquetball court, Billiard room, as well as a great room with a large screen TV. Our outdoor activities are tennis, pickle-ball, and basketball courts, as well as 2 outdoor pools, (open seasonally). This 70 Acre Waterfront Resort, also has two (2) Beaches, many guest docks, easy rental of all types of personal watercrafts and boats, and of course the best views on Smith Mountain Lake. Unit across the hall is commonly owned (Prop ID# 1029769), in addition to Prop ID#3174774, (in the Woodlands Bldg next door ), making this a possible Multi-family rental. Spacious Condo, Great Location!

This condo is centrally located in Bernard's Landing - it's an easy walk to the pool, beach, clubhouse, marina, dining and shopping. It offers a beautiful view and lots of room for family. Upon arrival, we found the the condo was "reset" but not well cleaned. The owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Gorgeous Views

We so enjoyed sitting out on the deck and playing cards. The breeze was delightful and the views were breath taking. It was a girls weekend and so relaxing. Tried some of the restaurant suggestions and they were all good! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Comfy couch, comfy beds, has everything you need. Smith Mountain Lake is truly a beautiful place to recharge...would have liked to stay a bit longer.

SML is beautiful!

Beautiful stay on the lake! Condo was very comfortable and accommodating. This condo could definitely use a deep cleaning (floors, carpets and dusting) and possibly a better cleaning service tending to it. I Recommend to bring your own bath towels and bath mats. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Family Vacation

We rented this unit based upon the proximity to other family members that own a place at Bernard’s Landing. We could not have been more pleased. The views of the mountains and lake are exactly what we were looking for. The unit was pleasantly decorated with lake decor and sufficiently stocked with everything for the kitchen. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids thanks to the upstairs loft. The kitchen was equipped well and the addition of the beverage fridge was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and furniture was well maintained. Not a far walk to the dock which we could see from the condo. Thank you for a wonderful SML trip!

Wedding and some R&R!

We highly recommend this condo it’s amazing m. The view of the lake, pool and mountains all in one. Maria was great with answering all my questions and making sure we were comfortable. Very easy process to check in and out too! We had a wonderful time at our nieces wedding then relaxing and enjoying the rest of weekend.

Great relaxing condo on the lake

What an amazing weekend getaway! The property is gorgeous and well-equipped! The community is super convenient and allows for many family activities! The beds and couches are super comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms is a huge plus with a group! Walls are a little thin for neighbor noise, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future!

Wonderful experience!

The condo was as described. Spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding, well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the facilities. The tennis, pickle ball, gym and indoor pool kept three teens very busy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!
