The room was clean and the front desk guy was very nice. Minimal towels , no tissues or lotion. But good for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for the night

The front desk staff were not very professional. Took them forever to find my reservation despite the fact I provided my confirmation number which they said was wrong. Requsted a non smoking room but it didn't smell like a smoke free room. Only two pillows. Noisy location.

Not happy honestly I have to stay in hotels for a while so there aren’t many affordable options. I’ve stayed there a few nights however this last night I was meet with unwanted guest in the form of BED BUGS. Underneath the blankets that should have been washed and changed being that I stayed in the room the night before. There was no sense of urgency to rectify the problem. I had to bring proof because the only thing I was told is I was the only one to complain. That isn’t my problem. It was unsanitary if there was a better affordable option I wouldn’t go back.
