Made reservations for Standard Room with King-Size bed. Room with 2 Full Size beds was given instead and told there were no more rooms with King-Size beds. This is the exact same thing that happened to me on Dec 18, 2025 at this property -- only that experience was 10X worse. Was given a room that had a distinctive foul odor and told there were no other rooms available. This is totally unacceptable. I have traveled and stayed at this property numerous times over the years and it makes absolutely no sense to make reservations or stay there again if reservations are not properly honored. Both times I arrived very late and was offered to cancel the reservation for a refund but with nowhere else to go I had to accept these less than clean and less than desirable accommodations. This property is unsatisfactory. It has fallen to playing a bait-and-switch game with its guests and has abused my trust. I want a partial yet significant refund of charges paid for both my stays on Dec 18, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026.

Clean place, good for an overnight. Not as nice as all the other holiday inn express & suites. Room wasn’t 100%, older shower enclosure, shower valve pulling away from wall, used to be wallpaper on BR walls, looks like someone ripped it out, then just painted. Breakfast was just ok.

check-in was a mess as the systems were down, room wasn't clean and was malodorous. Other guests with untrained dogs running around and barking at everything without any staff intervention. There was smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. My bed had a divot on one side so the mattress was due for replacement. The hotel in the amenities stated that there was a coffee/tea maker in each room that is not the case. I inquired from the front desk when I found that there was not one in my room to be told that Diamond members get the coffee maker but there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby. If this is the case the coffee/tea maker needs to be taken off the amenities list. The walls are thin as I could hear everything going on in my neighbors room from their conversation to the hair drying running.

Clean, lots of extra space , very comfortable, even luxurious and excellent overall. The usb ports near the bed weren’t working but I don’t think that’s worth taking any stars off. I brought my own charger and that was fine. The bed was very good , I don’t normally sleep comfortably in one night stay hotels but I slept great here. Good amount of pillows per bed too. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The dove soap, hand wash and lotion were a really nice touch too. It cost a bit more than what I usually pay for a single night stay on a roadtrip but my family and I felt it was worth it and want to stay here again on our next trip in this direction.
