Contacting the hotel is a nightmare. They have 6-8 numbers, of which none are answered. You call the 4-star sister hotel, and it's as bad as this one. Setting up the transfer at the last minute is a nightmare; they'll never answer the phones or messages, and the transfers are overcharged. You are better off setting up a transfer from a local taxi service. Restaurant amenities are limited, and forget about having all-inclusive drinks included! Like, what's the point of the all-inclusive? One restaurant, bar with little to no local beverages, but they'll sell them to you, which is insane, ridiculous. The food is average, and most staff members are welcoming and nice.
