Contacting the hotel is a nightmare. They have 6-8 numbers, of which none are answered. You call the 4-star sister hotel, and it's as bad as this one. Setting up the transfer at the last minute is a nightmare; they'll never answer the phones or messages, and the transfers are overcharged. You are better off setting up a transfer from a local taxi service. Restaurant amenities are limited, and forget about having all-inclusive drinks included! Like, what's the point of the all-inclusive? One restaurant, bar with little to no local beverages, but they'll sell them to you, which is insane, ridiculous. The food is average, and most staff members are welcoming and nice.

My room was only 1 room away from the beach, offshore is the 2nd longest uninterrupted coral reef in the world, food was cafeteria style and excellent, attended the wedding of a relative and created memories of a lifetime

The property was OK. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel- this isn’t for you. The reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. You get a piece of paper with information, 1 key card per room, beach towel card, and a tv remote control. You are expected to return all when you check out. The bed was comfortable, room simple, and bathroom beyond outdated. But- we had hot water, clean sheets, and air conditioning. The property is outdated and in need of being remodeled. The staff does a good job cleaning and trying to upkeep. The food was good- only 1 restaurant, a snack bar (just had nachos) and multiple bars. The beach is gorgeous and the location is perfect! Also, the entertaining team tries their hardest to make your stay fun. Just wish they communicated when shows and events were occurring. Overall- it’s a 2.5 mayyybe 3 star hotel out of 5.

Food was really good, the hotel was so clean and everything well organized. We had a room in front of the pool and just steps away we could enjoy the beach. We had an amazing experience and will be coming back for sure. Thanks to staff for 5 star service! Hasta pronto Henry Morgan!

Overall good. The property was beautiful. Food was great, the room was just average, maybe a tad below. It was clean but dated. The shower head and bathroom faucet was a mist. Sheets were rough and the blanket included was scratchy fleece. They had a night show that was pretty loud and lasted til 11pm, so hard to fall asleep to that, and there were bright lights outside not blocked by the curtains. The drinks that were included were good and a nice variety (beer and mixed drinks) Staff was very friendly, but be prepared for a bunch of people everywhere trying to sell you an excursion or something. It’s definitely family friendly, with some activities for the kids. Pools were nice. The grounds were well maintained. If you’re a drinker and want included food it was great. The staff was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. What I wasn’t afawn of was the salty water in the resort. Even the shower water was very salty. The bathroom was mid for an expensive resort like this one I expected the design to be better. The food was great. The night activities even better.
