This cozy and beautiful penthouse is located at a perfect spot, yet away from the noise of busy West End!

Enjoy breathtaking views from every room and watch the stars at night as you listen to the sea waves splash the iron shore!
If Mother Nature does not cloud the skies, we offer the best sunsets everyday. Grab your favorite beverage and be ready to be blessed by the amazing view that continues to captivate us!

We are located 20 minutes from the airport and we will be happy to arrange a taxi to pick you up, but you have to pay directly to the driver.

Our penthouse is located in front of diving site. Great diving/snorkeling right off the property on calm water days. There is also a good size community pool on property.

We are located 15 to 20 minutes from the airport and we will happy to arrange a taxi to pick you up. You will pay directly to the driver. Our intention is to offer you the best time at our special place.

The penthouse has no elevator and you must climb 3 floors to it. We can guarantee that your legs will get a good work out. Depending on your arrival time, help with luggage can be arranged, but tipping the helper is suggested.

* Please note that an additional charge for electricity will be charged. Electricity cost in the island is high and we ask that you please be respectful of your use while visiting as resource and conservation is important to us. You will be charged $.41cents per kilowatt for the amount of electricity you use. The property manager will show you the meter at check in and again at check out. We ask that you kindly turn off the lights and A/C whenever you are not occupying the home. Also the A/C will drip water if set below 22 degrees especially in the master bedroom.

Our condo is located at a leisure 6 minute walk to all of west end amenities, so it’s not necessary to rent a vehicle unless you want to venture to other parts of the island. If you rent a vehicle, we have a designated parking spot on the premises.

A video camera is located in a corner of the balcony. The camera will be turned on the day of arrival to ensure that you have checked in. Please know that it is turned off afterwards in order for you to enjoy your privacy.

Great Accommodation in West End Roatan.

This top floor unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you could think of for a stay. The view is incredible, and it's literally only a stone's throw to some excellent restaurants. The pool is wonderful and there's even a way to access the sea through the shore rocks. We snorkeled all the way to Half Moon Bay. Do stay close to shore, though, as there are passing boats. Arriving and accessing the unit were no problem as communication was prompt from both the owner and the property manager. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Space but Add-on Electricity Fee is Annoying

We have stayed at 3 VRBO locations on Roatan. This was the cleanest and best maintained. The manager was super helpful and courteous and accommodated early drop off of luggage and late check out. Views were wonderful. My only objection was an add on charge for electricity use. They read the meter before and after checkout and I was assessed an additional fee. This was a first for me. Electricity should be included in the overall fee.

Wow. What a View!

As the title indicates, the view was stunning. Not only was there a view from the deck, there were also beautiful views from the living room and the bedrooms. The bedding was very comfortable, and we slept like logs. The condo is decorated beautifully and with comfortable seating throughout. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The location is located in a quiet part of West End and only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars , dive shops and the beach. Communication with both the property manager and the owner was spot on. We had one minor issue that was dealt with quickly. Just be advised that there were 3 floors of steps up and down but our legs got stronger as the week progressed. Access to snorkeling from the shore of the condo was available, but beware that there are occasional jet skis. In summary, this is a lovely condo in a lovely spot. Happy to have spent a week there.

Great location and apartment

Lovely apartment, great view and location, 5 minutes walk to Dive shops in center of West end, but separated from the noise and bustle. Kitchen is well stocked (basic spices only but had those). Only ding is the on-demand water heating means shower temp can go up and down, they are aware of issue.

The view!!!

Amazing property. Can't beat the view!!! Stayed two weeks and never regretted the location, or the walk into town which we did at least 3 times a day. Clelia, the manager, helped arrange pick up from airport with a stop at the one big grocery store. Recommend that because groceries in West End itself are not the best. The breezes off the water kept us comfortable so never used the AC. Our favorite restaurant (Argentinean Grill) was on our side of town. A flashlight helped for the walk back at night, but felt completely safe. Also don't miss the Oasis restaurant, a short taxi ride from the center of town. If you snorkel off the point right at the condo, make sure you have a bright flotation bag because the boats speed close to the shore there. Loved it.

Awesome view

Wonderful balcony, well equipped kitchen, short walk to town. Great little outdoor cafe across the road. Lots of stairs, but then, it’s the top floor. Hope development doesn’t ruin the view

Wonderful view

This is a beautiful spacious property with spectacular ocean views from the balcony, and also from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. It's a nice off-the-beaten-path location while still being within easy walking distance to downtown WestEnd. There was some expected construction noise , as was mentioned in the property description, but it did not start early and ended at 5, so we really did not find it disruptive. Deana was quick to respond to our questions and was friendly and helpful as we became acquainted with Roatan. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location, View and Accomodations

Stayed here last minute for 8 days. Was wonderful. The Home is beautiful and new. Furniture and decorations are well done and very comfortable. The views from the master and the deck over the ocean are incredible. Cleclia the owner was great to work with and the property Manager Deana was very helpful. We have stayed in many locations on Roatan and this is our favorite for ocean views and location to west end. Looking forward to staying here again on a future trip and by then I am being told the pool and bar will be completed. Thanks Ladies for a great stay.
