The Motel was in a great location. It was very near the grocery store. The room was clean and well maintained. The view of the morning sunrise over the lake was amazing. We contacted the office by phone as instructed but when we arrived at the motel around 3:00 PM in the afternoon we still had not recieved the number for the box to get our key to the room. Luckily the cleaning staff were still onsite and they were able to help us gain access to the key to our room. Suggestion: perhaps it would be better to have someone onsite to assist those staying at the motel.

We liked the comfy bed could have screen doors on rooms for ventilation and maybe a renew of kitchen and bathrooms But overall enjoyed outdoor kitchen and great bed

We booked the spa room and when we got to our room there was no bath towels. It took me 4 phone calls to reception and a 2.5hr wait before we could get some, but in the end it worked out. Room was a bit dated, but view was spectacular.

Only regret is that we only had 1 night here! A lovely 4 bedroom chalet with large lounge area, and great outdoor space. Only 1 bathroom so bear that in mind if booking for 6-8 people. Minimal staff seen, just one lovely girl who seemed to be doing everything! A 2-3 minute drive to local amenities and a lovely beach. Great place and would definite stay here again.

Only one criticism is that the staff were not aware of the room changes made by management. When we got to the accomodation we had to wait extra time to have our room ready. Communication breakdown perhaps?? Not a big issue as the staff member was very apologetic and lovely to talk to.

Great helpful staff. Older building but needs attention to exterior. Had a 2 bed room 15 a great location facing the lake. However the exterior glass windows, doors and balustrade were dirty and lots spider web. Simple just hose down occasionally. Spoilt any view which is the selling point of the property. Staff 5.

A large apartment but unfortunately not very clean. Oven dirty, cigarette butts on the veranda, dirty windows old Equipment needs updating. Potential To Be lovely. Huge problems in check in as did not have an Australian phone number. No one on site.
