Vita Bella is a newly built, spacious holiday home designed for relaxed coastal living. Positioned approximately 300 steps from Long Beach, it offers an easy walk to the sand while still providing a private and peaceful retreat.

The home features 4 generous bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, making it well suited to families or groups of friends. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and direct access to a contemporary bathroom.

With two separate living areas, there is plenty of space for guests to unwind—whether that’s watching a movie, reading quietly, or enjoying time together as a group. The home is filled with natural light throughout and features ducted heating and cooling for year-round comfort, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Outside, a large fully fenced backyard provides a great space for outdoor dining, children’s play, or simply relaxing in the coastal breeze.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
