The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and functional. Room was clean and comfortable however the shower and sink were not within a closed bathroom and were in great need of an update. No counter space was available. The shower was not functional and the tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of. In addition, an exterior door was available within the room with direct access to the back outdoor parking however we could not enter from this door since our hotel keys did not work, this was inconvenient.

This hotel said they were under new management which i would say need a lot of work. Very disapointed in the WIFI which clearly cannot accomadate a full hotel. It was so bad that i had to hotspot out of my phone which was a lot better. They have a pool, but it is very small and with restricted hours due to no staff. Many little repairs still need to be done that are very apparent ( walls damage, lack of painting) For the cost of over $200 a night you can due better.

We ordered a suite through Expedia. Received a room with one queen and offered a cot. We were charged for a suite and not given an invoice at the end of our stay. We have not been able to speak to anyone concerning this issue as the hotel said it was Expedia’s responsibility .

Our room had air conditioner parts all over the floor. Marilyn (reception) was very dismissive about it. Also bathroom counter had dirt on it that I cleaned up. Tub had many areas of mold on it. I do have photos. I asked for a different room but was told nothing was available. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t. This all took a lot of time as the reception line took 1/2 hour each time. I told her I would escalate the issue, then we went for dinner. Someone entered our room and put the parts back together. Do not recommend this hotel.
