The casino was nice and lively. The front desk staff and dining area near lobby staff were kind of rude. The elevator on the hotel side was not working upon check out. We were on the 14th floor and had to take the stairs. As someone that broke both ankles previously this was a mess! No compensation or anything was offered. Rooms met expectation. Mini fridge was on the floor against the wall.

Room and staff. I was told that i didn’t reserve the courtroom but my receipt showed different. The staff just stared at me and said oh well u want high or low room because we’re not honoring it. I was stuck in a city I’m not from on the busiest weekend in February. I had no other choice. No offer to make it right was given. Just a blank stare
