Enjoy a relaxing holiday at this 3-bedroom villa in Rocamadour in the illy countryside. There is a beautifully located swimming pool, which invites you to take a fresh dive in the water. The villa is perfect for a 6-member family or group of friends.

The villa is very close to the nice town of Alvignac, which rests at 800 m away. If you have children along with you, don't miss visiting the Gramat Zoo at 10 km. Restaurant and general supply stores are available at the town centre itself.

Tastefully decorated, the villa has an electric heating facility. Admire the nature in the beautifully landscaped garden while reading a book or savouring a cool drink. Before diving into the pool, enjoy the sun on one of the lounging chairs on the sun terrace. The large, partly covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue is in place if you want to organise an outdoor culinary evening. Parking is available.

maison plaisante mais ayant besoin de rafraichissement
Déçu même si globalement elle correspondait a mes critères (proche rocamadour avec piscine et au calme) Maison bien située proche rocamadour et sans vis a vis , propre, mais manque d entretien vu le prix. La piscine est agréable et grande. Cependant vu le prix demandé, le bien devrait être impeccable, ce qui n'est pas le cas si on regarde en details : Trous dans les murs, rideaux avec des traces de brulures, carrelage impacté par endroits, moustiquaires difficiles a manipuler, grille d evacuation des eaux pluviales non remplacées, le trou est balisée par une chaine, decoration globale datant des années 80. Je recommande, si vous cherchez une maison proche de rocamadour, avec piscine, sans prêter attention aux details , finitions, décorations/

Séjour parfait!!
La maison a été parfaite pour nos vacances (1er au 8/08/2020), idéalement située à proximité de toutes les activités du secteur mais aussi au calme et sans aucun vis à vis, nous avons passé une semaine sereine. Merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et pour la qualité des prestations mises à dispositions (mention spéciales pour les moustiquaires qui nous ont permis une protection efficace contre les nuisibles). Les enfants se sont régalés dans la piscine et sur le grand terrain. On va devoir revenir!!
