Had a room with an adjoining door for the nest room and you could clearly hear all conversations and phone calls from the next door room :( Also reserved a King Deluxe room and was given a standard King room. Desk said that is what we reserved through Travelocity but we actually paid for the deluxe King as we needed chairs in the room for physical comfort.

The staff is amazing! Rooms are dated but clean. Valet service was lacking but I’m sure all of the construction in the area was a factor. The location is very convenient to Mayo Clinic but value for price was lacking.

Very convenient to Mayo for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and cheerful. They are kind enough to store our luggage and keep our car in the ramp until our medical appts at Mayo are complete, even after checking out. The valet service is very helpful, especially with the construction in the area now.

The hotel was clean and beautiful in a great location. The down side is the parking & construction. The “Kahler” parking ramp while it has the hotel name is run by the city and says FULL all day everyday…..and wont allow you in. Btw -$26 a day vs $30 for valet. Feom the roof too enclosed pool you can see a ton of empty parking spots at the full garage. If the city has a convention well, good luck getting any where. Bring a charge card in this area as prices are inflated vs the rest of the city.
