My room was not clean. There was a half fulll cup of coffee, the garbage cans were full, there was junk on the ground, the towels were strewn about the bathroom, there was toilet paper in the toilet, the towels were not hung up, and the soap had been used. No housekeeping so they changed my room.

The only gripe I have for the property is that the WiFi hardly worked on the 8th floor. I believe because it was too far away to get a strong signal. So my computer was useless and I had to do everything through my phone and eat up my cellular data plan. Everything else was great. I found it easier to park in the Graham Parking ramp because the spaces at Kahler felt too tight. Good water pressure and temperature in shower. Very quiet. Super convenient for access to subway and Mayo Clinic.

Access to Mayo Clinic was good Check in was bad. One key didn't work even after three attempts to get it corrected by staff. Internet connection was very Poor. Parking spaces in garage could barely accommodate a 2 door Speck.
