Convenient location and nice stay
If you're looking for a reasonable stay with comfortable beds and essentials in a quiet neighborhood, this is it. There are options for takeout and groceries nearby. Communication with the host and checkin/out process was easy.

Perfect place next to RIT
We (2 adults, 3 kids (16, 15, 13) spent the weekend here for Brick City weekend for RIT. The accommodations worked well for us. Just a few minor things that brought the rating down to a 4 star. The handle for the refrigerator was broken off and placed on top of the refrigerator before we arrived. Also the air condition units were still in the windows in October. They should have been taken out since the weather went into the 30's and 40's at night. If you are looking for a nice house in a quaint neighborhood near RIT, This is the place for you.
