I guess things happen, but during our stay, we didn’t have room keys. The machine that programs them apparently wasn’t working. The staff let us into our room using the master key. After that, we arranged our activities to always have someone to let the other into the room.

I'm not really sure why but for some reason the hotel seems to think I gave them a bad review somewhere. I seem very satisfied with my stay so I figured I would put that here.

The front desk assistant was pretty rude, our keys didn’t work and he came up to the door and jammed the card in and out fast and it unlocked, while he was there myhusband tried the same technique but couldn’t get it and asked what he was doing wrong the guy grabbed the key and thought he would show my husband but this time took forever to open it to. He then handed my husband the key and started to walk away saying if you need anything else let me know. We are just going to make sure one of us stays in the room now. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the front lobby was clean.
