The entire hotel/apartment/suites complex is under-going renovations, in small increments. I got a "good one". Very cozy and comfortable. Manager/Reception Michelle, was wonderful, exceptionally nice and generous with information, very courteous. Great restaurant next door: "Lew's". Steak Salad is a great meal and deal!

The room had a king bed, full sized fridge, full sized stove, full sized bath (sink between toilet n tub) it had a leather love seat sofa, AND a dining table, and desk area separate! Im traveling from utah to no carolina, and car trouble had held me up, and ive rented a number of rooms since this one and NONE WILL COMPARE, (and twice the price of this gem.) Thanks to all i came in contact with!!

It’s rock springs. …. For the area maybe it’s ok. Room was in a separate building that looked like an old apartment building and smelled like wasted dreams.

good for long-term stay, not short-term

there are too much animal hair on the carpet. this property is better for long-term renters or transit workers, since they have all the kitchen supplies for you to cook meals. As someone who just stayed here for 2/3 nights, the surcharge for those kitchen appliances is a waste of money.

Less than perfect

This hotel is currently under a major renovation, I'm assuming with new owners. They were nice, but our room still had trash in the bins and food in the fridge from a previous guest, and the room was uncluttered but not particularly clean. After we fell asleep, a man used a key to enter our room and wanted to plug an extension cord in behind the fridge. He either worked for the hotel or a contractor, but he wasnt apologetic. Then, later, a smoke alarm was going off in a neighboring room and we had to call the office to have someone come turn it off. All of this while my toddler, myself, and my husband were trying to sleep. I think the rooms will be cute once construction is done, but our stay was not pleasant, and I'd recommend waiting until the renovations are complete.

Everything went okay as far as checking in. Other than the issue with the reservation not showing up, we were able to get in a room and get some sleep. Everything was a little dirty. And the website stated breakfast was available but upon inquiry, we found there was no breakfast, and the small restaurant on site didn’t open till 11am. We needed to leave before then though so we got food on the way. We expected more for the price. But were able to get sleep and be ready for the next day of driving.
