About this property

Romantic Tropical-themed Bungalow by the Sea. Pet Friendly!! Sleeps 2

Pet friendly. The tv that pivots. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very!!!! small but there is a rain shower head. 350 sq feet. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub. Patio and fire table for you on back your back porch.

please note that the city has posted signs throughout the community for short-term rental rentals about complaint hotlines do not use these numbers if you need some help from us. Those are for local residence that have complaints of parties see our info

Airbnb has changed their price structure. So now it looks like we charge more. We do not.

Everything you need to cook small meals. Mini fridge, coffee, condiments and TV. The shower is small since it’s an old fishing cabin. Large patio and hot tub are for big house only. You have to walk by it to get to your rental. Since we share the yard there is no way around this. Your patio is behind the bungalow. See pictures.

**Your rinse station with house is behind the bungalow. Feel free to rinse off on the orange rug. The hose is turned on with the ground turn handle.

Outdoor gas fire table is seasonal. There is a hose back of the bungalow for your use. Not the big house hose. This is not a fenced area. You must keep your dogs on a leash. Please note you share the yard with other houses. See aerial view pictures

Make sure you text us 2 hours before you arrive to make sure you get the access code. Not available after 9p

I`m usually able to get ahold of fairly quickly before 9p. I have 2 kids, so If I take longer to respond it`s their fault :)

1 minute walk to the beach. Quiet (at night) back patio. We are near the main road right by the rail road tracks. Summertime is noisier back there but you are able to escape it easily and head to the beach. Inside you can`t hear the road noise but you can still hear the train. Our neighbors are sweet and quiet. Please be respectful

Parking one car only where Bungalow parking sign is.

Make sure you text us 2 hours before you arrive to make sure you get the access code. Not available after 9p

The large patio is for the big house. Hot tub is also only for the large house. See picture for your patio and backyard

We have added the Airbnb rating for guests in our check-in/out instuctions. We ask that you review how to rate us since some guests have left 4`s and did not have the Airbnb rating system correct.
Please keep your dogs on a leash, pick up the poop so our neighbors don`t step in it or other guests, and after 9p keep voices down outside. This is a quiet, relaxing area.

Had the great opportunity to stay here for the month of February. They left me some extra items to make my stay more comfortable , and were super thoughtful with I loved being able to access the beach in just a short little walk. So convenient and I found some really amazing beach treasures! The proximity also allows you to hear the ocean from the house, It is the perfect little getaway.

Everything was great the cabin was very clean and the bed very comfortable. If I had to give a little feedback, it was a bit uncomfortable walking to and from the cabin when the other renters were using their outside area and hot tub. Especially when their kids were in the hit tub it would be nice to have some kind of little divider for privacy. But overall we would definitely return and recommend it to our family and friends.

Amazing! It was absolutely perfect for me and my daughter. Cozy and close to everything. Nice outside sitting area to hang out . Comfortable bed. Had everything one would need to cook. Kobi was an amazing host. Answered me immediately if I had questions. Highly recommend! Only one thing I can think of as an improvement would be a Better refrigerator. No freezer for food for the week. We made due and it was really not a problem though. 10 out of 10 for sure!

For something comfortable to come back to after a long day of adventures in Oregon this was perfect. All of the utilities worked. Hosts were fantastic at communicating. And the bungalow was clean.Although it smelt a little funky. But for the price and location next to an awesome beach it was 100% worth it. I’d recommend this place to any couple. One more inconvenience I’d mention is the location isn’t central to most attractions in north Oregon coast. But that’s nothing the hosts can change. They have done an awesome job with the place!
