The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out staff were very friendly. There was a cheer competition at the NIU convocation center so there were a lot of children. We could hear them in the hallway at midnight, but that didn't ruin our stay. Breakfast was very nice.

My reservation thru Hotels.com was nit in the Hamoton’s computer. Nothing I did or they did could find my reservation. I was embarrassed as my colleagues flowed thru tge lobby hoing to their rooms.
