Cozy Coastal Cottage has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, living room, and fully stocked kitchen. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have a dresser and a garment rod with hangers for clothes storage.

Newly added: Dedicated work space in 2nd bedroom, 2 comfy chairs for additional seating in living room, and several games for the whole group to enjoy!

Fully equipped kitchen has double sink and full size stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave.

Outdoors, enjoy a large front yard and backyard and four Adirondack chairs are provided to lounge in either area. There is a grill on the side of the house for cooking outdoors!

When you arrive, the long driveway has plenty of room for your trailer or boat. Access the house via keyless entry with a unique code provided to you ahead of arrival.

The closet in the front bedroom is inaccessible to guests. Enjoy the rest of the house!

Holiday Beach West is a lovely, laid back neighborhood a few miles from Rockport proper. You`ll see residents and guests enjoying a ride around in golf carts or walking their dogs, many of whom will be sure to wave hello. It`s a friendly and relaxed place where you can get a way from it all, but also have plenty of activities a short drive away.

Each bed has an extra blanket underneath for additional coziness. Both bedrooms and the Living Room are heated & cooled by Mini Splits, controlled by remotes in each room. The large couch has recliners on both ends, controlled with the buttons on the sides.

Kitchen includes : pots and pans, baking sheets, knives & cutting boards, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowls with lids, wine opener, bottle opener, can opener, and set of kitchen utensils. You will find coffee for the drip coffee maker, a selection of teas, sugar, a sugar substitute, and powdered cream. Tableware includes plenty of coffee cups, water cups, wine glasses, small & large plates, bows, flatware, butter & steak knives.

Compact all in one Washer & Dryer combo located in kitchen to conveniently wash and dry clothes.

Dogs allowed only, pet fee is $40 per stay, max 2 dogs. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste in the outside trash bin.
