Calm cove, great for swimming, kayaking, fishing and birdwatching. 1.3 miles from Coffman Beach access to drop boat. Set up to work from home with stand up desk and walking pad. House at lake level, no long walk to dock. Restaurants 10 minutes by boat or car. General store and gas 5 minutes by car. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of this property. Please do the dishes, take out trash, and return house back to how you found it (i.e. sofa bed folded back up). I'll strip sheets and you can leave any wet towels hanging.
If you are able to roll up lily pad that's helpful but no worries if you can't.
