Hotel room had an odor that smelled old and unclean. Furniture: TV credenza drawer was broken. Desk lamp shade was ripped and held together by tape. Hallway carpet contained trash from not having been cleaned.

Hilton Honors information was not taken by the check-in representative. She claimed that since we booked through a third party sight it was not recognized. No chocolate chip cookies offered at check-in. Room had black hair on bathroom floor, sink, shower and also in our bed! Very disappointed.
