The first room had a strong, urine-like odor. The staff was helpful and moved us to a new room, but the conditions were only slightly better. Since it was just for one night, we decided to make do. The hallway carpets were noticeably worn and in poor condition. There are plenty of hotel options in this area, but we chose this one because it’s a Hampton Inn. The price was also higher than similar nearby hotels, which made the experience even more disappointing. This stay has completely changed our perception of the Hampton Inn brand—we won’t be falling for the name again in the future.
