Had to check in later Friday evening after a competitor’s hotel with similar rating had cockroaches in our room. Very friendly front desk staff on 2/28 evening. Got us checked in super fast. Staff was very friendly.
Perfect size room for me and my baby along with her pac n play. Plenty of room to move around even with the slumberpod up and over the crib. Can't complain about the room. Breakfast was ok
The staff I interacted with were great, especially the team member who assisted me at check-in. Despite the key card machine acting up and making the process take longer, she remained professional, friendly, and kept a smile on her face. She engaged in conversation and even apologized for the delay, but I reassured her that it wasn’t her fault—it was just the machine. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out, making the experience much more pleasant. I wish I could remember her name, but she truly represented excellent customer service. I checked in Friday evening after 8pm.

We were placed in a pet friendly room, when specifically I booked a non pet room. The check in csr was phenomenal, she immediately moved us. It was so loud both nights we stayed. People running in the hallways, music blasting from other rooms well past midnight.

First of all, the staff is AMAZING! They are friendly and accommodating! I ended up getting off the road early and after driving all night and getting to the hotel early, they allowed me to check in early. REALLY EARLY! They were so nice to me. The room was very clean and up to date. The only cons of the stay was the beds were not very comfortable and were creaky and the walls are very thin. So from 10 am to 3 pm all you hear is the housekeepers slamming doors, banging on the walls, and talking loudly. Also when I was there the washing machines didn’t work so this was a let down. Besides those things, my stay was great and I will definitely book this hotel again in the future!
People were loitering the hallways from the moment we checked in. Upon stepping off the elevator onto the fifth floor, the bench there was full and one person was lying in the floor next to the elevator. This made us feel very uncomfortable and really unsafe. Around 10:30 pm, people started running up and down the hall and slamming doors until about 12:30 am. Sleeping was impossible. We will never stay here again!
When we arrived we were charged an additional $50 for our small dog which was fine but we were in a room where all we heard was the outer door to the building slamming to about 11 PM and start again at 4:40 in the morning.
