We arrived to a bathroom with no lights or working outlets. We were told there were no available rooms and no maintenance. We had to get ready in the dark using our phones flashlight.
We stayed for the weekend. When we arrived Friday, I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were missing in the shower and the lotion and hand wash were missing at the sink. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for them to be replaced. He let me know that he could get some in the morning. The following morning I checked again and they told me they would make sure they were replaced as soon as possible. We were gone until 1:30pm. When I got back, there was still nothing in our bathroom. I asked one more time and was told it would be taken care of but it never was. I ended up going to the store and buying some soap. When I checked out, I asked the front desk to make a note that we were never provided with any soap and we did not take the bottles because I did not want additional charges on my card. She apologized but there was no other explanation or reasoning.

Nnever reccomend Hotels.com!
When we got to the hotel at 9pm, our reservation was not there. Hotels.com blamed the hotel . It was not their fault. There were no rooms available. Spent almost 1 hour on phone with Hotels.com and they found us a room somewhere else. Tru hotel found us a comparable room at holiday inn around the corner. Not Happy with Hotels.com!!!

Hotel staff would routinely try to enter my room despite a do-not-disturb tag on my door and an active reservation. They would also come knocking at 9am well before checkout time, waking me up to see if I needed housekeeping services. Just constant interruption. Wouldn't recommend for a longterm stay. I ended up changing hotels.
