I broke my own personal rule when renting this house since it didn’t have any previous reviews. Overall, the listing was accurate. The bedroom layout fit our particular needs and it was so nice to just be able to walk to the beach since our group consisted of 3 generations with obviously different schedules and desired beach time. The pool area was also nice to have available and was shaded in the late afternoon when we wanted to be there. We did a lot of cooking for our group and the kitchen provided everything we needed and more for meal prep. There was also some beach and pool equipment, which was nice to have and the house was clean, although with obvious wear.The biggest downside was you need to provide everything else you need for your stay - trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap (hand, shower, dish, dishwasher) and blow dryers. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and never experienced that before. They do provide a “starter kit” with one of everything, but the smallest roll of paper towel and dish soap I have ever seen. Also, the volleyball court is unusable. This was a nice house for our group. Just beware of what you need to provide.
