Spittelstein Wohnung EG Alte Schule

Kein Geschirrspüler (war in der Anzeige beschrieben), leider viele Spinnweben, Heizung zu kühl, aber es gibt ja einen Kamin, für Holz muss man aber selber sorgen, trotzdem sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Fleischerei im Nachbarort.

Erlebnisurlaub der unangenehmen Art

Bei Ankunft war es bitter kalt in der Wohnung und blieb es auch bis zum 3. Tag. Am 2. Tag verwandelte der Vermieter mit seiner Hausmeisterfirma den Garten vor dem Wohn- und Badezimmerfenster in eine Grossbaustelle. Ich hatte keine Privatsphäre mehr und wurde tgl. zwischen 7.30- 8.00 von Steinsäge, Rüttelmaschine u.ä. geweckt. Am Samstg fand dann in einem Raum neben der Wohnung welcher nur durch 1 Holzflügeltür getrennt ist eine private Feier mit schlechter Disco Musik bis 2.00 nachts statt. In der darauf folgenden Woche fiel die Heizung noch mal aus. Am ersten Tag habe ich 2 Std nach Ankunft die Kälte beim Vermieter gemeldet und das der Fernseher verstellt sei. Er meinte das sei eben eine Heizung mit Aussenfühler und mit dem Fernseher kenne er sich auch nicht aus. Er käme morgen. Ich habe in Jacke und Mütze geschlafen. Er kam ja auch am 2. Tag nicht. Das mit dem Fernseher hab ich mit einem Freund zu Hause per Ferndiagnose in 1 Std hinbekommen. Ich hab auch einen Heizlüfter gekauft. Eine Familie im oberen Stock hat in der 2. Woche mit dem Anwalt gedroht, da kam der Vermieter abends die Heizung wieder anstellen ( er ist ja der Hausmeister). Da ich bei meiner Buchung im Anschreiben den Wunsch nach einer "ruhigen Wohnung zum Entspannen und Spazierengehen mit Hund" geäußert hatte, hätte er meine Buchung nicht annehmen dürfen wo die Renovierung und das Fest ja geplant waren. Stattdessen musste ich noch extra bezahlen weil Einzelmieter unerwünscht sind. Das teilte er mir aber am 4.12. mit wo ich am 15.12. anreisen wollte. Vorher hatte er meine Reservierung ( und Anzahlung) über Wochen akzeptiert. Wäre der Urlaub jetzt besonders schön gewesen, hätte ich das einfach geschluckt. Aber hier bin ich regelrecht betrogen worden. Hier brauchte jemand offensichtlich das Geld eines Mieters für die Gartenrenovierung und das Fest, denn seiner eigenen Familie hätte er weder die Kälte noch den Lärm und die in die Fenster glotzenden Handwerker oder den Dreck...

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ein wunderschönes gegungd.

Sehr nette Wohnung. Viel Platz und in die Nähe kann man gut wandern. Auch Coburg ist sehr schön. Sicher zu empfehlen dieser Wohnung

Modern und stylisch in historischer Schule

Die Räume der Ferienwohnung sind sehr großzügig, man hat viel Platz und alles ist sehr neu und stylisch eingerichtet. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Schrank. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, separate Toilette, Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden. Ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von Coburg mit seinen Schlössern und dem schönen Marktplatz entfernt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit offenem Kamin.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz, Sitzplätze im Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit und viel Platz für Kinder. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
