Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

TERRIBLE

A nightmare. They say dogs are allowed, but they are not. You need to wake and they didn’t confirm until 3 days after my check in date, so I couldn’t go, not risking staying in the streets with my dog because they don’t do their job. Besides that I paid full price in advance and get ZERO refund, and No answer from them. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are probably going to take your money and leave you with nothing, not even an “I’m sorry”.
