This hotel is old, run down, and LOUD right next to the freeway/highway. No attention to guest experience, as I was working in the lobby during mid morning the cleaning crew was doing standard maintenance literally mopping around my bag and feet. These are things that should be done early, not when guests are in the space. There is so much new construction in this area, don’t stay here- choose one of the new builds!! The only positive is that the staff was nice, though seemingly indifferent to guest presence.

The staff was very courteous, the hotel seems to be new and it is very clean, the beds are really good. This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel, the only thing that I don’t understand is that when I do de the check-in at the hotel they always charge me a fee for whatever and I end paying more than what I see on the web.

Loved the size and layout of the room with the kingsize bed. There were lots of places to put your bags and such. This property is located within a reasonable distance to just about everything in NWA. The only drawback for our stay was the room choice. The description said "City View". In reality it was a view of the interstate which was very loud all night long. Had we chosen a room on the opposite side of the building it would have been quieter and the view better. All that said, I would definitely book this property again due to location and price.

Lacey is an angle on earth! I told her my ex husband, the father of my children had passed and the when I got back to the room there was a sympathy card with employees very sweet notes and a basket of snacks! It meant more than you can ever imagine!
