Luxury Villa Indigo with a heated pool is located just 140 m from the sea and a pebble beach and 10 km from town of Rogoznica.

The exterior of villa is 530 m2 in total, and its residential area covers an area of 140 m2 and spreads over two floors: ground floor, first and roof deck. It has four bedrooms with a sea view and can accommodate 8 people.

At outdoor space of the Luxury Villa Indigo, there is a pool, seating area and a summer kitchen.

From the terrace of Villa Indigo, through the large glass doors you are entering a ground floor of the villa, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with dining table for 6 people and a lounge area with a large sofa and SAT TV. On this floor there is also a bedroom with king size bed and a guest toilet.

The wooden stairs from the ground floor lead to the first floor. On this floor, there are three bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower,and the other two share a bathroom. On this floor there is also a terrace with seating area and gorgeous view of the sea.

With stairs, you come to a roof-deck which consists of sauna, jacuzzi and seating area. Here you can relax while sunbathing and watching over the sea and the beach.
