It occupies 300m² spread over three levels and offers a roomy lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright dining room, all with access to the balcony. Specious bedrooms decorated in color themes each have their own private bathroom, seating area, flatscreen TV, including access to the balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sheltered bay. For your entertainment you will also find a pool table room adjacent to the balcony equipped with table football. Once outside the aromas of sea and pines will delight your senses.
