One staff person is rude and seemingly unhappy. The other staff a couple were wonderful. The tv, phone, coffee pot and blow dryer were not working. Maintenance staff came and gave me a new coffee pot as soon as I mentioned it.

This old motel 6 was built during the "build cheap hotels boom". Might as well not have doors or windows, you can hear EVERYTHING outside, from ALL the traffic on the offramp of the freeway right outside your room, to the guy who leaves his dog outside to bark on and off all night long. This hotel is only here for the normal people who can't afford all of the overpriced hotel in the area these days. This chain can do better.

You get what you pay for, not the best.

Lack of Maintenance shows. Walls, baseboards and draperies were very dirty. You could see light through the gap in the door. Outlets were broken. There was an unmentionable thing in the tub drain. Bed was highly uncomfortable. Comforter has a crusty spot, but they did replace it right away with a clean one. Staff was friendly and responsive. Looks like some rooms had been rehabilitated, but ours had not been in 30 years.

When they clean the room, they never gave enough towels or coffee or shampoo for the two or three days that went by before they cleaned it again

Okay if you need a place to sleep, and it's among the least expensive in the area. The towel bar and toilet paper bar were broken and missing. The TV is OK but there is no way to see the guide, so you have to scroll through every channel. The heater is right below the curtains and blows them up like a parachute. The room had a microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed for $15 extra. Food places require driving.
