Amazing 3 Bed-Holiday Villa with Private Pool, nr Beach and Golf, Wi-Fi

Beautiful 3 bed (2 bath) villa furnished to a very high standard with private pool in an elevated position in the residential area of Quesada. Bars, shops, restaurants within easy access. Ideally located to having a peaceful family holiday. Quesada is situated 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly, 2 minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club. The Villa is fully air-conditioned. Wi-Fi, IPTV (English, German and Spanish channels), DVD, CD player are available. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. Heating is ensured by the fireplace and air-conditioner units. There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue, and sunbeds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.

Superb villa but needs updating
Second time at Villa Sara - last time in 2014, was great to be back - location is so quiet and peaceful and the large plot and lovely pool reminded me why we came back. Loads of space and a roomy villa with a super balcony to relax in the shade. Dissapointed with the quality of sunbeds, they need replacing, also chairs and table by the pool need replacing, they are useable but look tired and well used. No room in the cupboards for your own food due the amount of bits of foodstuffs left in there - free to use but who knows how long it has been there. Kitchen well equipped but there are multiples of the same utensil all mixed in the drawers - would be better with a more structured and presentable range of utensils. All being said we still had a great holiday and I still love this villa, just think the owners have taken their eye off the ball and standards have slipped - personally I don't think the prices for 2024 are justified unless they up the game.

Perfect villa for a wonderful holiday
The villa was lovely with a great open plan layout, spacious terrace with great furniture and fab pool and garden. The check in was really easy and friendly, beds really comfortable, showers really powerful and the villa had everything you could possibly need. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

A three month stay January to March 2020
A three month relaxing stay January to March 2020 Three of us spent a fantastic time at this well proportioned clean and tidy villa be it villa is on the outskirts of Of the main town we found plenty of eating and drinking venues around the area we took advantage of going on many of the coach trips that were well organised with friendly tour guides Maria and Rob were always obliging and Keen to make our stay a good experience I can Highly recommend this villa with beautiful grounds swimming pool and spacious interior Consider it was in the quiet time of the year I should imagine in high season it will be a lot busier and have more facilities Once again Maria and Rob for all that you’ve done and the help you gave us throughout our stay Ken Pat Lorraine

Wonderful place
Beautiful villa, very clean and there is everything you could ask for (well equipped kitchen, heaters...). Nice pool, great beaches within 15min drive. Lovely owners and house managers, thank you for everything we will definitely come back!

Great villa near Torrevieja with amazing pool!
Nous sommes restés 4 jours dans cette magnifique villa à ciudad Quesada, près de Torrevieja. La maison est très bien agencée et équipée. Et surtout la piscine est au top! L'eau y est suffisamment chaude dès le matin et jusqu'au soir où elle s'illumine, magnifique! Notre seul regret est de n'y être restés que 4 jours! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir Merci !
