When I was checking in the manager got a call from another customer that someone else was breaking the motel rules about smoking near the rooms, esp. marijuana. The manager as stop what he was doing (was checking me in), apologies, and took off to deal with the situation. I was very proud of him and his efforts to maintain the integrity of motel as a whole.
