Vigna Licia is only 18 Km from the centre of Rome and 9 Km from the ring road called the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden full of palms, pines, Lebanese Cedars and olive trees. The property is in the heart of the Decima Malafede, the largest protected natural reserve in Europe set in an urban landscape. Vigna Licia has four comfortable apartments, that have been lovingly furnished and fitted out with all the requisites for a wonderful stay. Choose whichever apartment is best suited to your requirements and check its availability. During the summer season, from may to october there is a pool (4 x 8 m) and a wirlpool at exclusive disposal of Vigna Licia’s guests furnished with sun umbrellas, sun beds and open air shower. The pool towels are not provided.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is made up of a living/dining room with a sofa-bed for one or two, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom. The kitchen area - which is part of the living room - has a four-ring hob and a gas oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower. Satellite TV, DVD and radio. Bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dishtowels etc. are provided. There are large furnished terraces. A laundry room is available for guests as are the five-a-side football pitch, a swing, children's games, table tennis, bicycles and a communal parking area. Pool and wirlpool. A child's cot is also available.
