Convenient location but hotel never gives back the debit card hold. The past 2 years I stayed here I’ve had to call and fight the charge and still haven’t gotten them back which is over $200 now. I will not be going back!

very disappointed!

this hotel was very clean. however the service was not very good from staff. the room was not ready when we asked for and actually was not even ready until an hour and a half after check in time and we had to change for an event. it messed up all our plans for the evening. the couch was uncomfortable as was the desk chair. the bed was horrible. it was lumpy and uncomfortable. it was so low to the ground that i could hardly get up off of it. the bath room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but the bathtub was not
