Exceptional vacation home with private pool in one of the most beautiful areas around Roquebrun (Languedoc)!. Only 50mn from the beaches of Valras, 30 km from Béziers and 47 km from Narbonne, this picturesque village is located between Montpellier and Carcassonne. This villa proudly displays the colors of the Mediterranean and offers stunning views of the vineyards, the village and the Orb River. You are just minutes from stores, a bar and cafe, and several fine restaurants. The picturesque Roquebrun is nestled in the wooded hills overlooking the Orb and the beautiful bathing beaches. It has an exceptional climate. Why not take a short canoe trip or perhaps you will have the opportunity to participate in one of the many traditional festivals in the village.

Why not relax on the covered terrace at the front of the villa in one of the comfortable deck chairs. From the spacious living and dining room with its large window front overlooking the terrace, you can access the magnificent pool with built-in stairs and pretty lighting. It can be heated on request and for an extra charge. The pool house has a shower, sink and toilet. In the storage room with washing machine there is a table tennis table for lively games. If you prefer more peace and quiet, you can go up to the mezzanine, where a comfortable sofa bed awaits the bookworms. After swimming, why not grill something small for lunch before ending the day with a game of pétanque? This vacation home with its Mediterranean garden with olive, fig, orange and lemon trees is wonderful place to relax. The parking spaces are in the shade.

Picturesque Roquebrun, also called "Little Nice", can be reached via Pont de Ceps, a beautiful arch bridge with six stone arches from the 19th century.

We love Roquebrun and have stayed in the village many times.This is a large property with good quality appliances but is does need updating.Lovely large pool and outside sitting area.Quiet.VRBO/Novasol also need to update the refuse disposal information.

Good, but maintenance required

Good property, in excellent position with good pool.Everything was good except very poor lighting / electrics;Upstairs toilet, no bulb in light fitting, had to use a torch!Both upstairs shower rooms main lights not working, just lights above mirrors functioning. Main lights in 2 x bedrooms not working, only bedside table light usable.It's a shame that the maintenance isn't been kept up with as it does impact on the guest experience. Have used a number of properties in Roquebrun and this one has a good generous sized pool that is maintained well. The property needs the numerous lighting issues fixing, if i wanted to carry a torch to visit the toilet at night, i would go camping.
